Dr. Bob Seiler - Chiropractor

Can Chiropractic Help?

Q:  I don’t know if chiropractic can help me? Sometimes other healthcare professionals tell me not to see a chiropractor. "I don’t know what to do or who to believe?"

A:  Dr. Seiler wouldn’t allow another healthcare professional to tell you not to see a chiropractor. Other healthcare professionals didn’t attend a four year chiropractic college, didn’t take four National Board exams and don’t understand what “chiropractic” is!  Actually, chiropractors take more class hours studying the body than any other healthcare practitioner. Sometimes people may not have a good chiropractic experience because they weren’t able to find the right chiropractor to work with.

If you’ve never seen a chiropractor allow me to be the first to help you! Call me at 801-230-0166 for a “free" consultation today! Bring your x-rays & MRI’s if you have them. If not still call for your “free” consultation!

Q: What is “Chiropractic”?

A:  Each chiropractor has his or her own particular style of doing chiropractic. There are over 75 different chiropractic techniques. Each chiropractor develops his or her own way of practicing chiropractic depending on which chiropractic college they attended and what chiropractic philosophy they have.

It’s up to you to find what style of chiropractic you like and which chiropractor you’d like to work with. I offer you a “free consultation” to see if we would like to work together and to let you understand how I do “chiropractic”. I am gentle by nature, compassionate, supportive and a good listener. I will let you know if I think I can help you, how I can help you, how much your chiropractic care will cost and how it can be paid for. I’d like to be your first chiropractic experience! Call me at 801-230-0166!

Q: What is Dr. Seiler’s Chiropractic philosophy?

A:  Dr. Seiler believes that pain, illness, injury and suffering is a combination of different factors. It could be from:

  • your actual “birthing process”,
  • trauma when you were in the womb,
  • the different postures you had as an infant whether lying on your stomach, curled in your bed, or falling out of bed,
  • how your posture was in grade school; how you may have slouched in chairs or sofas,
  • falling off the "monkey-bars" in the school playground or landing on your back-side off the slide,
  • tripping down some steps, falling on your back, or slipping on an iced driveway,
  • being on your school's cheering team and performing your "landings" on those wooden, cemented, asphalt surfaces,
  • playing sports like football, wrestling, volleyball, swimming, fencing,
  • skiing, "wiping-out" and crashing into a tree
  • falling off your bicycle, doing gymnastics, playing lots of baseball, softball or golf,
  • those slow moving car accidents, where people would say, "Oh, nothing really happened. I felt no pain"! A lot of those "nothing-happened" car accidents accumulate during our lives to more health problems than we can imagine,
  • sitting in your office chair most of the day,
  • gardening, putting in a patio, cleaning out your garage,
  • painting your house, installing a bathroom or kitchen floor,
  • working out in the gym too much or doing the incorrect exercises or lifts,
  • experiencing stress with career, job, money, relationships, separations or divorce,
  • experiencing forms of abuse: verbal, emotional, physical,

All of these events can create pain, illness, disease and suffering. But as people we tend to wait until the problem has reached an intense level. Then people can't tolerate the pain; they hope that the "pain" will go away. It only worsens the "healing process". It takes longer and costs more!

Q: How do I know which Chiropractor to go to?

A: Dr. Seiler offers you his web-site to get an idea of who he is and how he practices chiropractic. You're invited to schedule a complementary consultation! You’re welcome to bring your partner if you’d like. Together we can see if chiropractic can help you. Bring your x-rays & MRI's and if you don’t have them still call for your “free” consultation!  Dr. Seiler can be reached at 801-230-0166.

Q:  When is the best time to begin chiropractic care?

A:  When your children or teenagers are in school - for adults probably as soon as possible!
