Q: Do all chiropractors practice the same?
A: No. Each chiropractor practices differently based upon the Chiropractic College attended and the chiropractor’s philosophy toward pain relief or healing. It’s most important that you work with a chiropractor whose chiropractic philosophy feels right for you so that healing can occur and if you’re body, mind, spirit is open to change.
Q: What is Dr. Bob’s meaning of “Holistic Chiropractic & Wellness”?
A: Holistic Chiropractic & Wellness refers to the relationship of healing within the individual’s body which consists of physical, chemical, emotional, spiritual dimensions of being. Not many chiropractors practice this way! Some chiropractors may claim to do holistic chiropractic but you may very surprised what you receive as holistic!
Q: Does Dr. Bob refer his patients to other healthcare professionals?
A: Sometimes a person needs to work with several healthcare professionals to attain optimal Health and Wellness. When needed Dr. Bob may refer his patients to medical doctors, naturopathic & osteopathic physicians, neurologists, physical therapists, psychologists and licensed social workers in order to create an integration of holistic healing.
Q: Who Can Benefit from “Holistic Chiropractic & Wellness”?
A: For Children, Adolescents, Adults who are willing to consider that there is more to health then just taking “pills”, or to expect a doctor to do the healing for you without your active participation!
Q: With Healthcare / Wellness Care what is the difference between the “Medical Model” and the “Wellness Model”?
A: Dr. Bob’s experience has been that most people wait until pain, injury and illness occur, then people seek emergency help which is usually invasive, expensive and have potential long term effects. This is the Medical Model.
The Wellness Model is an alternative healthcare approach to Wellness which involves a person consistently taking care of themselves with above average nutrition, when or not to exercise with routine lab work from your medical doctor/gynecologist along with regular chiropractic care. Living a conscious healthy lifestyle will help you resist pain, injury, illness, disease, prolong & improve quality of living!
